Makanan sehat serat (artinya cukup sayuran dan buah) ditandai oleh BAB-5, yakni:
1, BAB setiap pagi
2. BAB kotoran mengambang
3. BAB keluar dengan sendirinya tanpa mengejan
4. BAB 2 menit beres
5. BAB dengan rasa tuntas/lega

NB — BAB: buang air besar
